VFRA is an advisory, research and development firm in East Africa with a main aim at implementing development solutions for projects, facilitating and directing project and business investments as well as managing entrepreneur development in Africa. • We are appointed in key stages of the financing process to manage, advise and lead the transaction team. Our involvement covers initial, pre and post negotiation as well as closing stages of the process. We advise during crucial processes like financial structuring, financial analysis preparation, disbursement structuring, appraisal and due-diligence verification, cost analysis, etc.
• We are involved in key stages of project development including concept development, project or business planning, financial planning, business structuring, organization structuring, legal structuring, feasibility and research, product and service development and strategic planning.
• We are involved in crucial stages of a projects development through to financing and handing over. We manage key components of the business including financials, products and services, strategic deployment or implementation, marketing and sales and strategic partnerships.
