Myner Realtors is a real estate firm incorporated in Kenya involved in property management and development. We develop real estate on our own behalf and on behalf of our clients in Kenya and elsewhere. We have managed to get a growing portfolio of Kenyans living in Diaspora (United Kingdom, Dubai, China, USA etc) who have found that using relatives is unreliable and have trusted us to manage their real estate developments in Kenya. 

SERVICES

We do the following on our own behalf and on behalf of our clients;
• sell plots, land, houses and other developed properties;
• Undertake purchase of land , sub-division into plots and sale;
• Source land and other properties for purchase;
• Offer advice on speculation in land prices;
• Management of rental premises, including rent collection, sourcing and 
managing the tenants;
• Link clients with vetted and competent professionals involved in land development i.e. Lawyers, Architects, Quantity surveyors, Contractors etc; and 
• Conduct due diligence investigations on land and other properties to ensure it is safe for purchase i.e. confirm titles are genuine, land has no adverse claim, vendor is actual owner, property not on road reserve/ subject to any government censure, subject to a court case etc.
