Kiu Construction Limited is a private limited liability company incorporated on 11th May 2001. We are registered with the National Construction Authority (NCA) for Road works, building works and Water supply and Sewerage works all under Category NCA 2. Company Vision: To be a leader in infrastructure and real estate development in Kenya. The strength of the company is in building roads, bridges and real estate in Kenya. Our major clients are the Government of Kenya (GoK) though established parastatals such as the Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA), Kenya Rural Roads Authority (KeRRA), Kenya Urban Roads Authority (KURA), Kenya Airports Authority (KAA) and Kenya Electricity Generating Company (KenGen). The company is currently undertaking various large projects in different parts of Kenya.
