Project Finance

Whatever the transaction, Scion Real can develop an optimal capital structure and critical path for financing the project. Depending on the stage of development, this could include development of a credible prospectus, leveraging resources for exploratory work, identifying possible anchor partners, organizing smaller equity participants and mobilizing bridge financing.

Fund Management

Scion Real works with pension funds, investment companies and cooperative societies to form and fund different types of private equity funds and other investment vehicles. We can provide institutional capacity-building support and help determine the appropriate structure and investment philosophy for the fund. Once the structure is agreed, we provide comprehensive transaction support to operationalize the fund.

Public Private Partnerships

Scion Real helps public entities develop expertise and capacity to implement successful public-private partnerships in real estate and infrastructure. We advise regional, national and sub-national governments to help identify, package and market viable projects, improve their access to market-based financing and mobilize capital for improvements in urban infrastructure.
