Toolcrafts Ltd. was established in 1997 as a leading fully stocked outfit selling products including but not limited to Tools, Machinery and Lawnmowers.

With the High demand for quality, precision and after sales service, we are importers/Distributors of industrial and service agents for specialized equipments, construction power tools, high powered cleaning, garage and testing equipments. Today we have partnered with some of the worlds leading brands – Craftsman, Metabo, Ryobi, Stomer, Idrobase, Tekton, to mention but a few. The Customer Base has grown over the years with clients ranging from the Private and Public Sectors, Leading construction companies, NGO’s and government Ministries.

Quality Customer and after sales service is at the heart of Toolcrafts Ltd. and in order to deliver efficient, reliable and prompt service, we have responded by partnering with several agents round the country, creating a network of sales and service centers. We are intending to expand within East Africa by the end of 2015.

We conduct continuous and regular upgrade of our staff skills through technical Trainings and Workshops to ensure that the services we offer are the best in the industry so as to offer excellent Sales and Support services.

Our commitment in giving back to the society seeks to enrich lives in the community we operate in. We aim to make positive contributions to communities in direct ways through value added services and financial support of community projects. We manage our business processes to produce an overall positive impact to the society. Key areas that we address are Sports, Education, Culture and Health.
